Supporting Black business sucks big time such a disappointment

I bought on two occasions from them and I got my order in time and in good condition so I didn't see this **** coming I ordered items to the value of R 1500 on the 2nd of August 2021 and according to the email it would be delivered in 7 day which delivery was meant to take place on the 13th so on the 10th of August I call them and ask about my order and clearly stated that if they are not able to deliver I need a refund and they promised to fast track my delivery and get back to me on the day that the delivery was meant to happen I call them and they say if I want the return I need to log it online which I did its been a week now after I requested my refund and still nothing.
