I wish there was a minus because they really have the worst service and they lie. I wish I read the reviews because making a purchase. I made a purchase in April and the dress didn't have good quality material and it was too big and awkward. It didn't work for me, I couriered it and called them and they acknowledged receipt. I have since the 3rd of May been waiting for my refund. The guy Clement can lie with such a firm and calm voice. All he says like all the time sorry ma'am lemme check, yes you were refunded please give it a few days for it to reflect. That time he knows very well that they don't refund people and they are a ****. He will go to the extreme of saying he escalated it personally with the finance department and asks you to hold while he checks. Then he comes back to you and says it has ma'am. I have since been blocked on Insta because I asked on one of her posts, when am I getting my refund. I have called, emailed, DMd, sent SMS and called. Nothing works. They blocked my calls as of last week and I asked a friend of mine to get me the address for the physical shop in Pretoria North. I went there on Saturday and it was locked. Pay back the money! ********!
