**********: EXITO DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!

oh my goodness...i feel like i should have read the reviews about this business before buying from them online!!! i feel like i'm also a victim of this EXITO ****...!!!how do celebrities like "Pinky Girl" feel being associated with a brand that has no integrity towards it's customers like this, maybe it's business as usual for them - i suppose?? I'm all for supporting black businesses but Refilwe/EXITO has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. how do they get away with openly ******** one customer after the other like this without any recourse? i bought a dress from Exito online on the 8th April, to date i have not received confirmation for the deliver date for my dress/ purchase. Mind you, they have charged me a whopping R100- for delivery over and above the R599- pricetag for the dress i bought. the functionality of the website is very legit at first glance, but try contacting them on email *** or cell *** and you will be ghosted for real!! I've heard of online businesses that **** people like this, and i'm usually very vigilant before making any online purchases i suppose this time i let my guard down!! I'll be sure to warn others not to fall prey this ****. i wish i could still be contacted by someone from Exito though!!
