Rude Management or owner, Terrible Quality

I'm giving them zero rating. So I ordered a top and pants recently right. The top that I received looked more like a dress, it literally went over my knees, the material looked like 25/50kg maize meal package. It didn't look anything like a picture on their website. The black formal pants that I got had the most tiniest waist, the material was shiny and transparent. The pants didn't look anything like the top it was matched with on their website (I bought the top around May, and I only wore it once). Since I was dissatisfied with the order, I went to the store in Pretoria North to see, if I could find something to exchange the nightmare that I received with. I got there and mostly they had big sizes, nothing was appealing to my eyes. I also realized that these store literally use maize meal package type of fabric for their entire stock (just different colors). The honest truth is that their clothes only look perfect on pictures. Since I couldn't find anything to exchange with, I completed a refund form. I was told that refund will be done between 7 to 14 working days. I kept quite for a while, called on day 14. They told me a story nje, payments wasn't processed. I then decided to email a lady by the name of Refilwe Matabane. When she rep**** to my email, she called me a lousy idiot. Well, I posted what I ordered VS what I got on Instagram that's when she send me a bank notification showing that she processed payment, NB: it wasn't an immediate payment, so I'm still waiting for the money to clear, I can only hope for the best.
