Ridiculously poor service

beautiful items however saying their service is poor would be understatement. i ordered two items in July till this day i have not received them, no communication or apology on the delay unless i call only to be told the same story, requested a refund and still no acknowledgement or notification that it has been received unless i call in and after several attempts then one of the numbers go through, so ridiculous you cannot leave comments on their Instagram posts, they do not respond to inboxes not Whatsapp texts yet they give the platform....
