Refund

I had the worst experience with Exito Fashion House. Poor service and very unprofessional. I ordered a dress around July, a month later I had to find out what’s happening, called them, only for them to tell me that the dress is going for quality check and will be ready soon, two weeks later, they told me it’s being sent, only to find out that it’s the wrong dress and it’s sent to the wrong address as well. Basically the customers details was also wrong. I called to cancel, filled in a query for refund on they website. They ignored it, had to keep on calling them. They then said I should wait up to 30 days to get my refund…it’s been 3 months now, I still haven’t received my refund worth R600…and they don’t answer my calls, I’ve also sent and email but no luck.
