Refilwe Exito pay back our money

I purchased some items from them on the 30 of June ,Patiently Waited for my order for 5 weeks until I decided I don’t want the items anymore.Therefore requested for a refund which i was told I must wait for 7 days until it reflects into my acc,2 weeks later i am still waiting.Customer service is pathetic,terrible business skills.Don’t bother buying from them,all I want right now is my money back.
