Poor customer service

I have never had such shocking service from a business. I ordered items 3 months ago, it took about 4 weeks to get my order. I was not happy with what I got and logged a refund and couriered the items back at my own cost. Till today I’m still waiting for my refund and all I hear weekly is the payment will reflect tomorrow. Come on this is not customer service. I just need my money back.
