Pay back the money

I ordered dresses from them in December 2020. They didn't have one of the dresses. They gave me a credit note and asked for my banking details for a refund. I followed up with them until I was blue I the face. Everydaybeing told my payment will be processed sitting with the owner. The owner does not even bother to respond to messages sent.
