Outstanding refund

Over 3weeks ago i went to their store to return few items to my surprise the store was still not opened @10:30. I called and I was told to leave the items at the business store next door, till today no one has made any effort to contact me and confirm receipt. I have been trying contact them but to no response n seems like my calls have been blocked. They are so unprofessional.
