Orders not delivered

I’d like to share the level of dissatisfaction and disappointment in the level of service they render to their customers after reading so many reviews about them,not delivering customers orders, When their delivery states order’s are delivered within 5-7 days, it’s almost a month now. Still no delivery.

I ordered a jumpsuit and pants on the 1st of March to this day it’s still not delivered, which I was meant to wear for an event the past weekend 19 th March, 1st it’s the level of no response to any of their 2 contact numbers on wats up, 2 email addresses no response there as well, I even Dm them, no response yet the are posting on daily basis on instagram , my sister wats up the owner directly as she has her personal contacts, no response there as well

I’ve been calling with back and forth with promises of my order being shipped out every time I contact them, 1st my order was with Aremex but was not confirmed as the tracking number was invalid, days later my order was apparently with post-net & to this day nothing still, I spoke to Tshepiso who said they will try to Uber it as I urgently needed my order which was Friday the 18th, only to be told it’s going to be expensive to Uber it, 3 weeks later still no delivery.

I think they are lying to their customers and keep making empty promises about deliveries, they can’t keep up with their intake of orders.

I am extremely disappointed at their level of service
