My Terrible Experience with Exito Fashion House

On the 11th of December 2024 I placed an order and till now , I still haven't received it. I've been sending e-mails and I haven't been getting replies. I tried calling and the number doesn't go through or sometimes doesn't get answered. I've been sending DMs , but with no response and the worse part is they keep posting on their Instagram statuses. It's so aggravating , because I paid them and there is no communication. They have a no refund policy , but how is that possible when I paid for something I haven't even received
