Is exito a ****! So disappointed

I do not know where to start...... their delivery time frame has lapsed and nothing from them... when i check from their automated system. It states that my order has been fulfilled and i havent received anything from them. I tried all their numbers, Nothing goes through. I instagram inboxed her, no response. Her business email bounces back due to their email being full and i am still waiting for respond on her personal emails. Its not the first time ordering from them, its the second time with 2 or three years gap. I never thought il be ****med.... so disappointed and she switched off all comment sections of her socials
