Horrible customer service

Worst customer service ever. Still waiting for feedback on my exchange/refund progress. The dress I bought was not sewed completely and I’m not getting any assistance after raising this issue with Refilwe(the owner) & using the exchange/refund option on the website, it’s been almost 2 weeks now. I guess they service celebrities much better. How do we support black businesses if they treat us like this. They should remember where they come from before treating customers like ****
