Extremely bad customer service received.The worst service i have ever encountered.

Been waiting for my items i bought almost six weeks now and havent received them as yet. No update/no communication from exito subsequent to the day the promised to deliver ,even when you call them they seem to not care . I have sent also email and didnt reply . We are treated like we owe them and we are the ones who paid for those items yet we treated like ****. Honestly im not happy at how they treating their customers. Im hoping someone can help us since there is a lot of us who have been affected by this worst service from exito fashion house.
