Exito fashion house's service is horrible

I ordered 2 tops and a trouser after 3 weeks I followed up on the order, i was told there is no stock for one of the tops and I asked them to give another top of the same price. after several follow ups I received my order (after 6 weeks!). the replacement to has no size (it was removed) and it is so big I think its XL and I ordered a medium size. Service is horrible
