Exito Fashion House is a ****

Yhoo I am fuming, I have never ever had such a bad experience in my life. Exito Fashion House was really promising shem, the clothes are beautiful and I had ordered online successfully and received an item once before . I then ordered two dresses amounting to R1800 on 15 July 2021 which were not on sale. Its the 2nd of September 2021, the items have still not been delivered and their customer service is not promising anything, I don't event know what that Customer Service's role is because they are absolutely useless.
