Exito fashion house bad service

Bad, experience! Placed an order on the 21st of October 2021, Requested my order to be cancelled on the 27th of October 2021 and get a refund as their delivery took time however no one came back to advise of my request status and as well as advising about the delay, until the order was at my gate on the 4th of November, I did not take the delivery as I have requested a refund, only on the 5th of November they are advising about delays. I need feedback with regard to my refund.
