Refilwe Matabane is a ****mer of note. To even call her business a business is not accurate. I purchased clothes in the October and opted for a refund because of the quality of the product, I was not happy at all with it. I logged multiple refund request, emails which always tell you that their customer service mail box is full. I tried calling, they keep telling you they have a back log , you can't have a back log for 6 months. Now they customer care number just rings no answer. Its not fair that even after they've received their clothes you don't receive your money. I will definitely make time to go to their shop and will not leave without my refund.

I wish I had searched for reviews before purchasing, she is a ****mer.
