EFH GREEN WRAP

I ordered my dress on the 20th of October 2022. There was no update whatsoever on the delivery. I had to go to the store and throw a tantrum before they could call their couriers to ask when my package will get delivered.

The couriers made a plan to have the package delivered on day 8 (their site states that delivery will be made within 7 working days). When I tried the dress on, one of the buttons fell off. The color was darker than expected, extremely long and looked like a Zion Church garment.

I had previously purchased a dress from them and never got a response after attempting to contact them multiple times and logging a return with no response. None of the numbers provided go through when we try to contact them.

Terrible service!!!
