Do not deliver as advertised

Promised delivery - within 7 working days. Actual delivery 15 days after numerous follow up calls. Then the sizes of the dresses are inconsistent. The size 36 delivered is not the same size as the size 36 I have from them. Better to go into the store and fit. I was promised that my issue will be rectified but need to drive 1 hour + to the store...
