DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Extremely bad service. I regret not reading comments on hellopeter before my purchase as every single one of the comments talk to long waiting periods for products ordered or never even getting . I bought 2 items on 1 Aug 2021 and received an order number with a confirmation that goods will be delivered in 7 working days. We are now on 13 Aug 2021, after 2 phone calls made to them asking where my goods are - I have received nothing...with no prospect of receiving anything in the near future. I even offered to collect the items - when I called they said that dispatch is running behind schedule. Up until now, I have not been assisted satisfactorily nor am I allowed to collect the goods. I will never buy from this business again (so much for trying to support upcoming entrepreneurs - this has actually ended up as a painful purchase). I hope to get my good soon.
