Delivery failure

Horrible horrible service. Do not bother ordering as your order will take literally years to arrive and their communication is very poor. You will struggle to get answers and they delay you then tell you that no refund. I rate them a big ZERO. I ordered on the 25th September 2025 and waiting. I regret
