Delayed orders and refunds

First of all, if I could give them zero stars I honestly would. I placed an order on the 18th of September and I received the confirmation email on the same day, and a pop up message on their website that says deliveries are made within 7 working days. 7 working days went by with no communication whatsoever from them. I then called customer service (which was very hard to get hold of) and they just came up with a story and I decided to give them a chance and wait. Another week went by and I decided to opt for a refund since my dresses were taking too long to arrive. I logged a refund on the 29th of September and till today haven’t heard anything from them. This is so disappointing because I loved their dresses and I feel like they are going to run a good business into the ground. At this point I am not even sure if I will be getting my refund.
