Cheap quality and incorrect dresses

First alarm should have been those closed comments section on Instagram! NOTHING there is as it looks on their pictures! I first ordered a dress on the 3rd of September 2023 and it came more than a month later and it didn't come with the belt as in the picture and the cut was too small. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered two dresses (worst mistake!). Both came early this time (3rd November 2023) but NONE of them are what I ordered. They gave me one wrong dress, and even removed its size because they know that's not the size I ordered. The second dress is NOTHING like the picture and looks like it was done in a hurry. Both are cheap quality and truly look NOTHING like the pictures. When you email them their inbox is full. Both numbers don't work. Their WhatsApp number also does not work. There is basically no way of reaching them unless you go to the shop directly and that's money they won't refund. Do yourself a favour and not order online, rather go to the shop directly.
