I recently bought 2 dresses from them labelled Charter Club (from Edgars) and Studio W (from Woolworths), they just re-label these dresses to their name but they had not removed some additional labelling from the original makers on my dress.

Are these factory fault clothes that are being resold? Or what’s the deal?

They should put a disclaimer that they are a reseller who re-labels mains stream retailer’s clothes/other designers so we know prior to purchasing.

Such Nonsense!! Imagine spending so much of money on a dress you could of bought far less at the actual retail store all in the name of supporting a black business and a boutique store thinking you would receive bespoke quality clothes and service!
