Bad service, low quality goods

I bought items in July, and some items needed to be returned as the sizes just not working. Considering the amount of time it took for me to receive my order, I decided to make the 1 hr drive to the store to personally return the items. Which I did. This was on the 22 July 2022. Today is the 9th of September and am still waiting for my refund. When I call I am told “there is nothing we can do because it is the finance department and we have no access to them” The amount of times I’ve called these people, I swear the money spent holding on that phone even equates to the money they owe me.

Don’t get me started on the low quality, see through material they use. They don’t respond to any messages sent on IG(comments are off🚩)
