Bad service

I ordered a dress online when they had 50% in July and after 2 months they delivered a wrong maxi dress and I had to take to the shop in pretoria. I have been calling them more than 20 times asking them when I will receive my dress and they told me new orders are the important ones they focusing on and it’s so disappointing that I had to spend almost R500 for this bad service. I bought few things and I had to take other things at the store because they didn’t have material. I just want my refund and 2 weeks back I told them I will be moving from pretoria to midrand at the store and I was told to call again imagine.so disappointing
