Bad Customer Service - Refund

I ordered 3 dresses from the designer last year in November. They only had 2 in stock so I was sent the two and I was told I would be refunded the amount for the third dress. I'm still waiting till today for my refund no one has gotten back to me. I was told to send my banking details but still no refund was done.
