Bad customer service

Really received horrible service from them. I ordered 3 dresses from them on 14 September 2022 which I wanted to use at a conference on the 29th of September. To cut the long story short the dresses did not arrive I had to call to follow up. I was told they only have material for 2 of the dresses. I then opted to cancel the entire order as the dresses were meant to be used as uniform for the church conference. I requested for a refund. Today is the 18th of October (More than a month later) and I am still waiting for the refund... To top it all off they have 3 numbers but their phones are off 80% of the time
