Bad Customer Service

I have received bad Customer Service from the store, I have been trying to get my refund for over a month now. This was after I ordered a dress that looked horrible in real life and when I went to the store the assistant had the worst attitude and she tells me that its not their fault that pictures from cameras are different from the actual product that I purchased. Whenever you call or if you lucky enough to get some to assistants over the phone you wont get answers at all. This is why they have blocked comments on their Instagram page.
