15 Working Days with No Communication

I've been waiting for my order for 15 working days without any update on the progress of my order. All store contact numbers are off, the comments on their social media pages have been silenced, and there are no responses to emails and direct messages.

I find their service, or lack thereof, highly appalling and disheartening. There is no respect for their customers.
