Bad service and no refund or delivery received

Bad service I ordered a set of pull up and was delivered a set of normal nappies. I explained to Nicole that I under stand mistakes happen, so we will use the normal nappies and order the normal nappies the following month and Exigo will supply us the pull ups. The following month after several emails to no avail of any response they delivered the normal nappies. After two weeks of phoning and emailing they finally dropped of the corrected nappies. Like an idiot I ordered again they promised me that they will be delivered by Friday, they never where. I had to buy other nappies. I requested a Refund was Ignored for 3 days. Then got told my delivery is ready for collection? I confirmed again that I do not want my delivery I want a refund. I am still being Ignored and have not received my money back. They not not respond to emails or whats app. The service is really bad.
