ABLUTION FACILITIES FOREVER OUT OF ORDER

I visited the service station about 3 times in 2020 the last time being saturday 19 December 2020, Their ablution facilities are always out of order.

Where do the employees help themselves since it seems if clients dont have access to ablution facilities?
