Unhappy client

Im unhappy about exel finance as they debited money for 2 months in my account but theu never paid my account and i got a call from MFC wanting to repossess my car and i had to pay 6000 for the past 2 months plus pay the installment for that particular month and other accounts were not paid like African bank, Nedbank loan plus Capitec and they have never assist in any way or myb bring back the money they debited for those 2 months
