Underwhelming services from EXEL FINANCE

I am not pleased with this group's level of professionalism. I have been following up to find out how my Dad (1) got to be part of their database because as far as I know and as a person who's been going through my Dad's financial statements, he wasn't supposed to be making any payment arrangements with this group. The first thing I wanted to find out was the financial agreement they had with my Dad, how he implicated himself and to what group of people do they provide their services to, but I haven't gotten any consultant to explain this clearly to me, am still waiting for Mongezeleli and Zintle (who my Dad mostly communicated with) to “find time” to clarify this. (2) My Dads car has been fully paid but this finance group still deducts every month, I seriously do not know how best do we to communicate this with them, I have sent Mongezeleli an email with my Dads paid-up letter, he promised to call the following week but I haven't heard from him since. It's infuriating that they'll deduct yet again for a fully paid-up car, and the struggles we will endure in getting back the money deducted seeing how slow and unprofessional their services are. I wouldn't advise anyone to make any financial commitments with this group not unless you are willing to go through the back and forth we've been through with my Dad, trying to make sense of their business and finding solutions to your inquiry. This is disgusting to say the least.
