Poor service delivery

Hi i would like to raise my concern about the above company i went to their warehouse in Mobeni Durban to purchase a corner couch and they say i must pay for it first and then they will make on for me and deliver within 2 weeks, it was on the 5th January 2024 and up to date they never deliver when contact them they always promising me to get it soon but now I lost trust with them and I would like to get my money back now because I'm not happy with their services.
