Patricia Hlungwane is a ********* . She runs a travel agency providing services to the ministry of agriculture . 8 years ago already she put 3 ladies to stay in my rooms ( I run a small guest house) . I provided transport , food and accommodation for her guests . She also signed a credit application form . Until this day Patricia has not paid me . Many telephone calls and emails I have tried to receive a payment from this lady remain unsuccessful. She changed her phones and blocks me . The government has paid her immediate after i provided the service .
