UNDISCLOSED THAT VEHICLE BOUGHT WAS IN ACCIDENT

I bought a vehicle (Audi A4 2.0 TDI) from Executive Toys in 2014. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I enquired on more than one occasion whether the vehicle had ever been in any accident to which the salesman responded that the vehicle had never been in any accident, in fact, he told me that Executive Toys do not even deal in cars that have been in any accidents.<br> <br> Much to my surprise, I later found out through a Transunion report that the vehicle had been in an accident in 2013 and the amount of the repairs were also quite substantial. On top of that, the vehicle had not been repaired properly.<br> <br> When I addressed the issue with the dealership, they played ********. I requested that they purchase the vehicle back from me at current retail value, to which they refused even though it was the dealership who misrepresented and was dishonest.<br> <br> After months of trying to settle, they still refuse to pay me. I have been left with no other option but to pursue the matter legally.<br> <br> I urge you to please be careful when purchasing a vehicle from Executive Toys as they sell damaged vehicles and don't disclose the true state of the vehicle.<br> <br> Regards
