Be very cautious in your dealings

We opened an account in May 2015 to supply this customer with radio electronic goods.<br> We supp**** this customer with goods in July 2015, which he clearly used and then part returned the goods to us claiming that they were faulty.<br> Our technician tested the items to find no fault whatsoever.<br> In an effort to amicable resolve the matter, we agreed that he could return the missing items, he could settle the cost of the antennas and bases and we'd accept the responsibility (and cost) relating to the electronic radios.<br> He agreed to this in writing on 2 November 2015.<br> To date, the missing items have still not been returned nor have we received the part payment as agreed.<br> Please be cautious if you have dealings with this gentleman and company.
