Executive suites on MD in Port Elizabeth-false advertising

I booked 2 nights for my guests via BOOKING. COM. I went to see the place before I could send my guests. On booking. Com they have presentable white linen on their beds. When you get to the rooms you find linen that is charcoal in color. Who wants to sleep on a bed with such ***** colours! I could not send my guests and lost my booking money. On the booking. Com site they have non-smoking sign, when you get the whole ap smells cigarette smoke! I had booked at Humewood and Fairview. Apparently both places are owned by the same company.
