Poor customer service

I app**** for renting the student accommodation for my son. First they ask for the deposit before they approve your lease agreement. I did that and paid them the full amount . Now they say if you do not hear from them that means the property is no longer available. Wow how can we pay before Hou sign the lease agreement. Now they come back and say the property is no longer available . I must apply to get the refund back. It's been 2 weeks since I have been following up and no joy from the property manager. I left my contact numbers. I guess it was just for dismissing my calls. To date no refund or responses received and I am desperate as I have to get alternative accommodation for my son and still need to pay the deposit again. Not happy with the service at all. I call every day sometimes the phone just go to voice-mail.
