I paid for services I did not receive. Roy is now

I bought a Real estate franchise and approached Exec Property for leads in the Morningside/Musgrave area. I paid R5130 for the first 1-10 leads. The company did not provide the leads as promised. I have been trying to call Roy Sassman who is the Sales Director since December, I have sent him emails and he is now ignoring my calls and does not reply to my emails. I would like the company to pay my money back since they did not meet their end of the deal
