Service is very bad

Day light ******* from this car dealership in Bloemfontein my brother and bought a car in Jan 6th 2023 Kwid I'm the third owner of the car I'm having problem with the car for the first month receiving the car but we couldn't take it back as we both working so finally now we taking it back oh my brother went and took the car back they said they fully booked he must come today on the 14th March which he did now the saying they can't fix the car as the car is having a major problem and the car got hit by pothole of which from the on set on Jan I told them the car is giving us problems now that we taking it back they telling us they can't take the care we must pay how so?? I wasn't told that when buying the car I was told I can bring the car it will be fixed at anytime we are soooo dossapointed in the garage in all honesty why are we even paying the insurance if the car cannot be fixed??
