Above company handled our move from East Lynne Pretoria to Centurion. From a 5th floor flat to town house. During the quotation process I repeatedly informed the the 1 couch is huge and would need to be lowered next to the side of the building. The day of the move the people arrived without the needed equipment. They then tried to take the couch via the staircase and broke the couch. I submitted a claim and now the want to compensate me R100.00. The Manager Stephan told me a signed and agreed to the insure amount. Needles to say I'm not happy due to their workers being negligent, arrived with out the needed equipment. Stay away from this company. PS I will be going to the relevant tribunals
