Poor work & communication

I contacted Liliana, based on a recommendation from a friend, to have my apartment cleaned before my new tenant moved in.<br> <br> Arrangements were made and I met Liliana and her employee at the flat on the 29th Jan. I was told to bring the cash along before the cleaning would commence. At the time of booking, I was somewhat disappointed in the pricing (R450), as it appeared to be a standard cost regardless of the size of apartment. My apartment being TINY (21m2), I was expecting some flexibility.<br> <br> I left the flat and arrived at the end of the day to lock up. <br> <br> I had a look around, and noticed that the one shelf was still filthy (dust and a sticky residue left from by my previous tenant). This ****ed me off as I had paid the full price to have a tiny (empty) flat cleaned, and it wasn't done properly!<br> <br> To add to the matter, I made Liliana aware of this issue - to which there was absolutely no response - and have been asking for an invoice (for record keeping) ever since - again, no response.<br> <br> <br>
