Manie is rude and completely unprofessional

Manie is rude and completely unprofessional, even when presented with evidence of a job not done; and certainly not afraid to raise his voice when confronted. Liliana ignores calls and messages. While the cleaning lady, Jacqueline, intially resorted to name calling for questioning her work, seemed to be embarrassed when presented with evidence. I genuinely cannot understand how these people are in business. They are *********** and downright disrespectful.
