Incomprehensible apathy & utter incompetance

<p>I am somewhat blown away by the level of unprofessional ism and utter rudeness I have just experienced.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason I opted for an agency, was purely efficiency based - I work extremely long hours and have a tenant, therefore needed everything to run smoothly. I explained this a number of times.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the space of under two months, I have been let down three times. This past week, no one showed up at all, no communication AT ALL - and no one would answer my many phone calls. So after 13 hour days, I get home to discover (ones again) that I must clean and do laundry.... as this is a service I offer my tenant as a part of the lease agreement.</p> <p>Liliana appears to be completely apathetic to how her actions impact peoples lives. Zero explanation, no apology. </p> <p>I am now left to make another plan somehow - mid job contract, which is beyond stressful.</p> <p>The woman who cleaned for me was very sweet, however her cleaning was inconsistent and careless. No pride was taken, she simply did the bare minimum at all times. When I offered constructive criticism, she became grumpy... which was pretty uncomfortable. When one pays for something one can effectively do oneself, one would expect a high standard. This was certainly not my experience. </p> <p>I struggle to comprehend how a business of this nature can function with this level of carelessness and incompetence. The coordination behind the scenes is clearly non existent. </p> <p>I urge the people involved in this business to contemplate their principles & ethics. You affect people!! I am not writing this in the spirit of ranting, (although I am angry), but rather as constructive criticism / warn other people against this company.</p> <p>Its difficult to imagine how a service one PAYS FOR, that is intended to assist, ends up causing anxiety and stress in itself - literally the opposite intention...</p> <p>This is perhaps the most unprofessional experience I have had to date. I still cant quite process what has just happened as the way I have been treated genuinely doesn't make any sense to me.</p>
