Bad attitude and no delivery from Executive ****s

This is a two fold complaint, firstly to get a decent response from Liliana via email is almost near impossible, it is either a two word answer or she doesn't respond to all questions asked. I therefore had to follow up with her about payment details, as well as an actual confirmation. Needless to say it was pointless, confirmation was given by Liliana of Executive ****s, as an agency but I received no delivery of service. I received a sms on the morning 30min prior the agreed upon start time, saying she has no staff for my appointment and had to cancel. This is frustrating, as working through an agency, I as a client should be sheltered from these happenings, but not with this company. I had to bear the full brunt of the cancellation, as they could not make an alternative plan for the day. I tried to call Liliana numerous times, to try and solve this problem, but I received no calls back, only an attitude filled sms. I would seriously avoid using this company and book elsewhere, it is far too frustrating dealing with Liliana and cancellations last minute are really not good enough in the service industry. I would give Executive ****s a miss and book through another agency.
