Not good Customer Service from Connie

Dear All,

I bought a gym bag with wheels Travel Mate on the 29 Dec. 2018 from them for R759. 00 , I have used it for 3 weeks and the lining of the bag is taring apart in 5 places. They wanted to forward me a cheaper bag with no wheels but wouldn't forward me the difference in money back, I want all my money back because, I can't find another bag that I like, and if they fixed this bag it is not going to least. They are sending this bag back to the consumer, it will take +_ 2 weeks they have told me, if the bag is falling a part after 3 weeks how are they going to fix it to last for 5 years, I am not very happy and going to complain at the consumer act.. that is my next step. This is also not a cheap bag I bought. I bought the last Travel mate bag 5 years ago but, without wheels for R250.00 I don't trust the quality of the new bag, if is different. Connie the manager said, she is wouldn't forward me, my money back. I will also wite an arcital in the Media about matter.
